crews are cleaning bridges
throughout the county. Road
maintenance will be done on
Svensen Market and Svensen
Island roads and Savola Lane
in Knappa and crews will be
removing brush in Jewell.

March 5, 400 block Northwest
Seventh Place. A woman reports
her debit card was used through
a Paypal account to make 14
purchases with a total value of
$238, with items delivered to a
Los Angeles address.
• Theft of firearms, 11:55 a.m.
March 6, 300 block Lake
Drive, Hammond. Man reports
a .357-caliber stainless steel
revolver and two .410-caliber
double-barrel Remington shot-
guns were stolen from inside his
travel trailer.
• Attempted burglary, 11 a.m.
March 8, 1100 block Northwest
Warrenton Drive. Woman re-
ports a male in his 60s attempt-
ed to enter her trailer between 8
and 10 p.m. the previous night,
but her barking dog scared him
off.
• Theft of fishing equipment,
1:26 p.m. March 9, Fort Stevens
State Park. A Seaside man who
was in his kayak on Crabapple
Lake watched as three teenagers
drove up and stole $80 worth
of fishing tackle that he’d left on
the shore. He was too far to get a
license plate, but told police the
teens were in a late-‘90s model
• Shoplifting, 4:41 p.m. March 9,
Fred Meyer. Teresa M Taylor,
54, of Astoria was arrested on
suspicion of second-degree theft
of $155 in merchandise and re-
leased pending a court hearing.
• Theft of cash, 8:30 a.m. March
12, Fred Meyer. Woman reports
she was shopping with a friend
and forgot to take $40 change at
the self-scan register.

7, GB Jewelers. Suzanne K. Sno-
dgrass, 48, no known address,
was arrested on suspicion of
trespassing. She was released
pending a court hearing.
• Trespassing, 9:32 p.m. March
9, Fred Meyer. Patrick Ray
Carlson, 29, of Warrenton was
arrested on suspicion of criminal
trespassing when he returned to
the store after previously having
been trespassed.
• Verbal disturbance, 7:54 a.m.
March 10, Fred Meyer parking
lot. Parties arguing and one said
he had a gun. One party located
and he did not wish to pursue
charges.
