Road. Medics called to treat a
male assault victim. James Har-
old McCoubrey, 29, was arrested
on suspicion of fourth-degree
assault.

ardous waste left in campground
restrooms, 11:15 a.m. Feb. 23,

mond. A man reported the
mixed-breed dog he recently
adopted from the shelter bit him
twice, leaving bite marks and
drawing blood. Animal taken to

following too closely.

Feb. 16, Harbor Drive near King
Street. Two witnesses identified
a man walking from the scene as
the man who had ridden a bicy-
cle into oncoming traffic. Donald
Curtis Castle, 47, of Astoria
denied riding the bike. He was
taken to the hospital for a health
check and became combative
with health workers. He was
arrested on suspicion of sec-
ond-degree disorderly conduct.
