Andy Forney, 33, of Warrenton
was arrested on suspicion of
criminal driving while suspended
or revoked.
• Possession of methamphet-
amine, 6:31 p.m. Nov. 19, 0-100
block of Southeast King Avenue.
Carrie Ann Wood, 42, of Astoria
was arrested on suspicion of pos-
sessing a controlled substance.
• Shoplifting 4:51 p.m. Nov. 22,
Fred Meyer. Travis F. Eddy, 30,
of Astoria was arrested on suspi-
cion of theft III and for a detain-
er warrant from Clatsop County
Probation.
• Stolen change, 12:44 p.m. Nov.
13, Fred Meyer. Woman re-
ported someone stole $20 from
her at the self check-out area.
A review of video surveillance
showed no criminal activity.
• Theft in progress, 11:39 a.m.
Nov. 15, Fred Meyer. Suspect
stole a jacket and ran from store
heading west on Harbor Drive.
The man dropped his cell phone
and part of the jacket as he was
running. He was not located
during a short pursuit and
search of the area near the water
tower, where he’d last been seen.
• Theft from vehicle, 1:17 p.m.
Nov. 16, Astoria Ford. Custom-
er claims cash was stolen from
center console of his vehicle.
• Robbery and shoplifting, 8:30
a.m. Nov. 24, Fred Meyer. Kevin
Scott Glegor, 29, of Astoria was
arrested for investigation of
strong-arm robbery for fighting
with loss-prevention officers and
for shoplifting $140 worth of
merchandise. He was booked at
Clatsop County Jail.
• Theft of tools from job site,
10:08 a.m. Nov. 18, 13 and An-
chor streets. Taken were drywall
equipment and a radio valued at
$350.

Southwest Second Street. Taken
were a chain saw and industrial
paint sprayer.
• Stolen money, 5:24 p.m. Nov.
11, Joann Fabrics. Woman
reported she check out and
mistakenly left an envelope with
$120 cash inside and when she
returned to get it, the money was
gone.
• Theft, 12:02 p.m. Nov. 21,
reported at police station. Taken
were two pair binoculars and a
spotting scope with $1,600.
• Shoplifting, 7:52 a.m. Nov. 24,
Fred Meyer. Suspect eluded
loss-prevention officers and was
seen leaving parking lot in an
older blue Dodge van.
• Theft of services, 11:50 a.m.
Nov. 24, Fort Stevens State Park
camping area. Recurrent visitor
refuses to vacate campsites
when his reservation is up.
• Theft of gasoline, 6:30 a.m.
Nov. 25, 600 block East Harbor
Drive. Man in an older dirty
white four-door car siphoned
approximately 5 gallons of gaso-
line from the victim’s car before
he was confronted. Suspect
vehicle left area.
• Theft of items from vehicle,
8:55 a.m. Nov. 26, Fred Meyer.

18, KOA campground. Woman
in red GMC has been parking
on the property for two weeks,
refusing to leave. Woman was
trespassed from the location.
• Driving while using cell phone,
2:39 p.m. Nov. 18, Fred Meyer.
Witness reported a driver was
using his cell phone and nearly
struck two people while turning
into the store’s parking lot. An
officer cautioned the driver.
• Domestic disturbance, 6:30
p.m. Nov. 19, 1400 block South-
east Alder Avenue.
• Suspicious vehicle, 12:20 a.m.

found passed out behind the
wheel of a beat-up pickup with
