rested on suspicion of contempt

Oct. 28, North Main Avenue
at Fourth. Alysha A. Satiacom,
29, of Tacoma was arrested on
suspicion of driving under the
influence of intoxicants. She also
was cited for refusing to take a
breath test. A search warrant was
obtained for a blood draw.
• Shoplifting, 9:45 p.m. Oct. 28,
Fred Meyer. Courtnie Marie
Wofford, 22, of Seaside was
arrested for investigation of
taking $807 in clothes and other
merchandise.
• Shoplifting, 2:30 p.m. Oct. 30,
Fred Meyer. Patricia Elizabeth
Havens, 26, of Warrenton was
arrested for investigation of tak-
ing $94 in cosmetics and other
items. She was released, pending
a court hearing.
• Shoplifting, 2:28 p.m. Oct. 31,
Fred Meyer. Jacqueline Martha
Shoop, 28, of Astoria was ar-
rested for investigation of taking
$232 in merchandise and re-
leased, pending a court hearing.

31, Fred Meyer. Adam David
Wentworth, 39, of Seaside was
arrested for theft II and criminal
mischief III after he damaged a
$305 backpack and attempted
to leave the store with it. He
was released, pending a court
hearing.
• Disturbance, 10:18 p.m. Nov.
2, 0-100 block Northeast First
Street. Police were called to
apartment complex for a dis-
turbance and man possibly
armed with a gun. Man refused
to answer the door and police
officers entered the unit, where
he fought with them. Warren-
ton Fire Department and Medix
responded for abrasions to his
face. John Darren Jones, 21, of
Warrenton was booked at Clat-
sop County Jail for investigation
of harassment and resisting ar-
rest. Five firearms and ammuni-
tion were taken for safekeeping.
• Female in car refusing to leave,
1:05 p.m. Nov. 3, Dairy Queen.
Essi Amanda Duoos, 31, of Sea-
side was arrested on a warrant
out of Seaside Municipal Court
and booked at Clatsop County
Jail.
• Drunken driving, 8:01 p.m.
Nov. 5, Fred Meyer. Kevin
Michael Edwards, 19, of Gear-
hart was arrested on suspicion
of driving under the influence
of intoxicants and failing to
perform the duties of a driver in
a noninjury crash. He also was
cited for driving while suspended
and driving without insurance.

• Stolen equipment, 11:51 a.m.
Oct. 31, under the bridge at War-
renton Marina. A man reported
that he had been working on a
boat and trailer under the bridge.
When he returned Oct. 29, a
cable compressor, generator and
gas canister had been stolen.

• Man lighting a package on fire,
10:18 a.m. Oct. 25, Fred Meyer
parking lot. Officer arrived to
find a transient with a cardboard
UPS package that had smoke
billowing from it. Package had
a shipping label for Hampton
Lumber and may have been
taken off the truck after it was
loaded for delivery during the
night. Investigation is ongoing.
• Public drunkenness, 3:35 a.m.
Nov. 6, Warrenton City Park. A
20-year-old Warrenton man was
cited for being a minor in posses-
sion of alcohol by consumption.

• Two-vehicle noninjury collision,
1:05 p.m. Oct. 31, Ensign Lane
at Home Depot. Both vehicles
towed. One driver cited for
failing to obey a traffic control
device.
• Speeding, 2:40 p.m. Oct. 31,
