Summary of Complaint and Demand for Relief: The above listed defen-
dants in rem were seized on August 25, 2017. The property is subject to
forfeiture pursuant to Oregon state law (ORS 131A), as proceeds and/or
instrumentalities of criminal violations of the controlled substance laws of
the State of Oregon, specifically the possession and delivery of metham-
phetamine and heroin. Forfeiture means that the ownership of the proper-
ty will be transferred to the government and any person with an interest in
the property will be deprived of that interest without compensation.
