Instructors will hold an event to introduce people to the college’s business pro- gram from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, in room 219 of the college’s Columbia Hall. “We’re encouraging people to ‘Invest in Themselves’ by considering enrolling in one of our business programs,” said Tommie Redwine, a CCC business instructor. The kickoff will present in- formation on the programs available and give poten- tial students the chance to meet business instructors and alumni who have gone through the programs. Tours of the newly completed re- model of Patriot Hall are in- cluded. “Many of our students and former business students have already benefited from taking classes at the college by gaining knowledge of how businesses operate, increas- ing their career opportuni- ties,” Redwine said. The college has on-campus and online classes to fit most schedules and help with fi- nancial aid. For more infor- mation, contact the business department at 503-338- 2302.
