photography contest drew 169
entries from Union, Baker, Wal-
lowa, Grant, Umatilla and Morrow counties.
These top three winners were chosen
based on votes from our readers.
Gift cards to a local restaurant of choice
were awarded for first-, second- and third-
place winners. Selected photos will also be
featured in our annual scenic calendars,
published in December in The Observer,
Baker City Herald, East Oregonian, Herm-
iston Herald, Blue Mountain Eagle and
Wallowa County Chieftain.
