NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public meeting of the City of Seneca will be held on June 29 at
6:00 p.m. at Seneca City Community Hall, 106 A Ave. Seneca Ore-
gon. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 2022 as approved by the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget will be available for inspection prior to the meet-
ing. This budget is for an annual budget period. This budget was pre-
pared on a basis of accounting that is the same as the preceding
year.

MALHEUR NATIONAL FOREST
The Cat Decks Sale is located within T 17S R 35E section 9. The For-
est Service will receive Sealed bids at Malheur National Forest, Su-
pervisor’s Office before or at the time of public bid opening at 10:00
AM local time on 07/13/2022 for an estimated volume of 96 CCF of
Ponderosa Pine and other coniferious species nonsaw marked or
otherwise designated for cutting. The Forest Service reserves the
right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a
prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and
complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale,
and submission of bids is available to the public from the Malheur
National Forest, 431 Patterson Bridge Rd, John Day, OR, 97845 or
