This is YOUR INVITATION to donate your time and help us make it possible to offer
this Health Fair free of charge as a community service. In exchange, you become
better known in the community while providing community members a better un-
derstanding of health issues. We are combining with Family Fun Day!
The purpose of this event is to promote health awareness and to encourage individu-
als to assume responsibility for their own health through education, early detection,
and prevention. With your help, we can continue to reach as many community mem-
bers as possible. You are welcome to set up Friday afternoon from 1:00 pm - 4:30
pm. We will provide the space with a table at no charge (please bring tablecloths)
and you help provide the information and education!
COVID GUIDELINES WILL BE FOLLOWED AND THIS EVENT MAY BE
CANCELLED WITH SHORT NOTICE DUE TO COVID.
