We are looking for motivated Day and Night Shift Residential Asso-
ciates (RA) for Juniper Ridge (Secure Residential Facility) in John
Day, Oregon. We have both full-time and on-call positions avail-
able! This position is perfect for someone looking into a career in
the mental health field and has great potential for advancement.
As an RA, you get the chance to work directly with residents and
support them through severe mental illness. This opportunity allows
the ideal candidate to reinforce the joy in daily living activities. The
next RA will be an integral piece to client’s growth and increase/
maintain their level of functioning.
Successful candidate must possess:
•
A High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D. certificate.
•
A valid Oregon Driver’s License
•
The ability to pass a criminal background check
•
Proof of Covid Vaccination or approved religious or medical
exemption upon hire.
•
Experience in Human Services is preferred, but not required.
Minimum hourly wage for this rewarding position is $14.81, could be
more depending on experience and/or education. Our full-time
