“Spring Jazz at the Vert” on Sat-
urday, May 14, 7 p.m. at the Vert
Auditorium, 480 SW Dorion Ave.
Concert tickets are $15.

LA GRANDE — The 2022
Ladd Marsh Bird Festival is set
for May 13-15.
The weekend begins Friday,
May 13, with a gathering at the
Union County Senior Cen-
ter, 1504 N. Albany St. From
6-8 p.m., visitors can register
and receive a passport for the
festival’s birding stations, as
well as register for fi eld trips
and enjoy music and snacks.
Saturday and Sunday feature
stations at the Ladd Marsh
Wildlife Area, as well as sched-
uled fi eld trips. Space is lim-
ited for the trips — register in
advance at friendsofl addmarsh.

BHS PRESENTS ‘SHOUT!’
THE MUSICAL
BAKER CITY — Baker High
School will present “SHOUT! The
Mod Musical” at 7 p.m. Satur-
day, May 14, and 3 p.m. Sunday,
May 15.
Admission is free but tickets
are required. Donations will be
accepted. Tickets are available
at Crossroads Carnegie Art
Center, Sweet Wife Baking and
the front offi ce at BHS.
