NOTICE OF STF & STIF COMMITTEE MEETINGS
The Special Transportation Fund Advisory Committee and the
Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund Advisory Committee
for Grant County Transportation District will hold a public meeting
on May 18, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. this meeting will be held at the John
Day Fire Hall at 316 S. Canyon Blvd, John Day. This meeting will
also be available via video and teleconference. The purpose of the
meeting is to discuss the STF and STIF allocations for the fiscal year
July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2024, and receive a presentation from con-
sultants that are updating the GCTD Coordinated Plan. Any person
may comment during this public meeting to discuss the use of STF
or STIF funds or the updating of the plans.
Questions or comments regarding the STF or SITF funds must be
submitted via email to peoplemover@outlook.com, or via letter to
PO Box 126, John Day, OR 97845 prior to May 16, 2022, at 5:00pm.

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Town of Canyon
City, Grant, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year
July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, will be held at The Community Hall,
129 S Washington Street. The meeting will take place on May 19,
2022 at 5:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and
to receive comment from the public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee
will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss
the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or
after May 19, 2022 at City Hall, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and

General Notice
The City of Dayville (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction
of the following Project:
Fire Hall, Pre-engineered Metal Building
DV21-0379
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Dayville
City Hall located at 3 Park Lane, PO Box 321, Dayville, Oregon
97825, until May 11, 2022 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the
Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No electronic deliv-
ery of bids will be accepted. Bid delivery method to be determined
by bidder, but no late bids will be accepted for any reason, even for
circumstances beyond the control of the bidder.
The Project includes the following Work:
Provide and construct a new commercial pre-engineered metal
building with approximate footprint of 2,800 square feet to accom-
modate fire-fighting equipment bays, meeting room, restroom, and
storage area at 155 Schoolhouse Drive in Dayville as specified in
the plans and contract documents.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: City of Dayville- Fire
Hall Pre-Engineered Metal Building
The Project has an expected duration of 90 days for construction
plus lead time for materials.

incomplete bid and returned to the bidder.
