Enjoy live music, celebrate art at the Josephy Center

OSEPH — The 2022 wom-
en’s exhibit at the Josephy
Center for Arts and Culture
closes Saturday, March 26, with
live music from 6-9 p.m.
The reception also features
the announcement of the works
that earned the People’s Choice
and Director’s Choice awards.
The show, titled “An Invita-
tion to the Lighter Side,” opened
Feb. 26 at the center, 403 N.
Main St.
The curator was Kolle Kahle
Riggs. The show is sponsored
by Wallowa County Soroptimist,
Wallowa County Cultural Trust
and the Collins Foundation.
The women’s exhibit is an an-
nual art show held at the Josephy
Center. This year’s theme invited
women artists to “explore humor
and the joys that keep us going
through challenging times.”
The exhibit features 28 artists
from the Pacifi c Northwest.

The Josephy Center is open
