Seasonal Fair and RV Park
Assistant
General Job Duties: Perform
a wide variety of secretarial and
administrative duties to support
the County Fair and its activities
which requires considerable
independence and judgment.
Operation of standard office
equipment and word processing
and spreadsheets. Assist staff
with events, perform reception
duties, provide information to
the public, maintain records, re-
ceipt money received, inventory
and order supplies.
Screening Requirements:
High school graduation or
equivalent. Must possess a
valid Oregon Driver’s License,
or the ability to obtain trans-
portation. Must be able to pass
a criminal background check.
Must be insurable under the
county’s liability coverage.
Thorough knowledge of re-
cordkeeping systems, business
office etiquette, and general
office practices and procedures.
General knowledge of opera-
tions, policies, terminology and
governing laws of the County
Fair, or the ability to rapidly
acquire such knowledge.
Hours & Days: Seasonal
Position – average 30 hours
per week – April - September.
Some nights and weekends are
required for this position.
Salary/Benefits: $17.36 per
hour with no benefits
