•As an Opioid Addiction Re-
covery Mentor you will provide
guidance and encouragement
to individuals working through
their recovery process while
drawing on common experience
as a peer.
•The Jail Diversion Peer gets
the opportunity to use life skills
in order relate, converse, men-
tor, and be a part of the journey
for individuals in the County Jail
system, on probation, or at high
risk. experience and being able
to relate with customers.
•Qualified applicants must have
a valid driver’s license, must be
able to pass a criminal back-
ground check, and a history as
a peer.
•Hourly wages range from
$16.15 to $22.60, DOE. This is
a benefit eligible position in-
cluding: medical, dental, vision,
401K match, EAP, life insurance,
etc.
CCS is an EOE.
The Accreditation Coordina-
tor will be responsible for the
coordination of the accreditation
process in accordance with
the Public Health Accreditation
Board. This exciting position will
be responsible for trainings and
will act as a liaison between the
health department and state
health agencies.
•This position requires a high
school diploma or equivalent.
An associate degree in a health-
care related field is preferred,
but not required.
•The qualified candidate must
possess good computer and
technology skills, have excel-
lent organizational skills, have a
strong attention to detail, as well
as the ability to communicate
effectively both verbally and in
writing.
•Wages for this position range
from $19.18 to $33.85, DOEE.

Nestled in the valley of the Paint-
ed Hills, John Day provides the
ideal setting for an adventurous
candidate who enjoys explora-
tion. We are looking for some-
one who understands the com-
plexity of addiction and is willing
to help change the lives of indi-
viduals battling this disease by
providing client centered individ-
ual, group, and family therapy
and education.
•This position requires a high
school diploma and the ability
to become state certified as an
Alcohol and Drug Evaluation
Specialist (CADC) within 18
months of employment.
•Those recovering from a
substance use disorder must
be able to document continuous
abstinence from drugs and/or
alcohol for a period of at least
2 years.
•Successful applicants must
have a valid Oregon Driver’s
license, $300,000 in personal
auto insurance and $100,000
for bodily injury and property
damage, and must be able to
pass a criminal background
check.
•Wages for this position range
from $17.60 to $25.00 an hour,
