WALLOWA — The inaugural
Wa-HOWL-a Trunk-or-Treat is
scheduled for 3-5 p.m. Sunday,
Oct. 31, at East First Street in
Wallowa. Organizers say the
event will be an opportunity for
youths to have fun before they
head out to go trick-or-treating.
There will be a photo area, inter-
active trunks, a prize for the best
decorated trunk and more. At-
tendees are encouraged to bring
canned goods to donate to local
food pantries. Hot chocolate will
be available for 50 cents.
