and components.  Inspect and test drive vehicles.  Maintain a
clean working environment.  Maneuver 50 pounds.  Be available
for off hours emergency towing.
• Hours:  40 hours per week plus overtime.
• Pay:  $17.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus
bonus pay. Regular pay rate increases based on performance.
Retirement, vacation, and health insurance package included
after the probationary period. 
• Important Dates: Job posting will be open from September
1st-September 30th. All applications must be submitted prior to
September 30th. The top candidates will be interviewed during
the first week of October with a potential October 15th start date.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for aggregate production, crusher set up
and tear down, crusher maintenance and repair, etc.
• Effectively manage up to six crew members to
coordinate work and ensure safety
• Administers MSHA training including tool box talks and
site specific training
• Communicate with Safety Coordinator to ensure
accurate record keeping of training documents
Work Environment/ Physical Demands:
• Must be able to effectively lift various objects weighing
up to 80 pounds
• Work extended hours in a variety of weather conditions
and able to travel to eastern Oregon sites and work
Saturdays on occasion
Compensation
• Compensation will be based on experience
