BAKER CITY — An evening of food, music, and games is planned for Tues- day, Aug. 3, at Community Night Out in Baker City. Each person who goes through the food line receives one free raffle ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased for $1 each, seven for $5, 15 for $10 or 35 for $20.
