A public meeting for the Fox Cemetery Maintenance District will be held on 6/30/2021 at 6:00 p.m.
at 54888 Fox Valley Lane, Fox, Oregon. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021 as approved by the Fox Cemetery Budget Committee. A summary of

security for a Promissory Note involving real property in Grant County, Oregon, more
particularly described as follows:
Township 15 South, Range 31 East, Willamette Meridian, Grant County,
Oregon: Section 2: PARCEL 3 OF LAND PARTITION NO. 98-37, as
shown by the plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the
County Clerk of Grant County, Oregon, on November 13, 1998. Said
Parcel 3 is a portion of Parcel 3 of Land Partition No. 97-33 filed in the
Office of the Grant County Clerk on December 22, 1997.
