Blood was con- victed June 3 for violating the conditions of probation for fail- ing to obtain a victim impact panel and failing to obtain an evaluation and recommended treatment. Probation was extended by 12 months, and he was ordered to obtain the miss- ing requirements. James William Cook Jr. was convicted June 3 for violating the conditions of probation for failing to obtain a victim impact panel, failing to obtain an evalu- ation, failing to engage in treat- ment and failing to pay, though he was compliant by the time of the hearing.
