NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee Grant County School
District #4, Grant County, State of Oregon, to discuss the bud-
get for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 will be held
at the Prairie City School District Library. The meeting will take
place on the 18th day of May, 2021 at 5:30 PM. The purpose
of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive
comment from the public on the budget. If you are interested in
attending electronically, please call 541-820-3314 and we will give
you connection information. A copy of the budget document may
be inspected or obtained on or after May 13, 2021 at Grant County
School District #4, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Com-
mittee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and
discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.

Canyon Blvd, John Day, Oregon. The meeting will take place on
Wednesday the 26th of May, 2021 at 12:00 noon. The purpose
is to receive the budget message and to receive comments from
the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be
inspected or obtained on or after May 10, 2021 at Solutions CPAs,
101 NE First Ave, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. This is
a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will
take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the
proposed budget with the Budget Committee.

tension & 4-H Service District, County of Grant, State of Oregon
to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30,
2022 will be held virtually, under the authority of the Governor’s
Executive Orders limiting public gatherings during the COVID-19
pandemic, “to hold public meetings and hearings by telephone,
video, or through some other electronic or virtual means, whenev-
er possible.” The meeting will take place on Wednesday the 12th
of May, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. and may be joined from a computer,
tablet or smartphone by Zoom; contact the Grant County Exten-
sion office for the Zoom link, ID and Passcode or join by dialing in
via phone at (541) 575-4014; Conference ID: 8357# PIN: 4499#.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message, and
to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a pub-
