Community Develop- ment Block Grant funds come from the U.S. Department of Hous- ing and Urban Development. Approximately $12 million will be awarded to Oregon non-met- ropolitan cities and counties in 2021. Grant County is preparing an application for a 2021 Community Development Block Grant from Business Oregon for a Regional Housing Rehabilitation program that will provide home repair ser- vices to low and moderate income homeowners throughout Grant, Union, Baker, and Wallowa Counties.
