Grant Weed Control will be applying herbicides on Grant County
Road Right-of-Ways for the purpose of controlling noxious weeds.
This is a reminder to adjacent landowners concerned about herbi-
cide applications that it is your responsibility to initiate a “NO SPRAY”
agreement at the Grant Soil and Water Conservation District office.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Seneca will hold a public
hearing during the regular City Council meeting on February 9th,
2021, beginning at 6:00pm, at Seneca City Hall, 106 A Avenue,
Seneca, Oregon to review the proposed Flood Damage Preven-
tion Ordinance of 2021. The Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance
of 2021 proposes to direct development in designated flood haz-
ard zones to minimize flood damage. The proposed Flood Dam-
age Prevention Ordinance of 2021 will replace Ordinance #53,
is necessary to comply with requirements of the National Flood
Insurance Program (NFIP), and will include updated Flood Insur-
ance Rate Maps (FIRMs).
Persons or parties interested or concerned with this subject matter
may appear in person at Seneca City Hall, 106 A Avenue, on Feb-
ruary 9th, 2021 beginning at 6:00pm. To facilitate social distanc-
ing and reduce meeting size you may participate via conference

Any person may testify at a scheduled public hearing, either in
person, via telephone or in writing. Written testimony may be sub-
