Adoption of Alternate Procedures for the Disposal of Real Property
Pursuant to ORS 221.727, the John Day City Council will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the
John Day City Hall, 450 East Main Street, John Day, Oregon
97845, to discuss proposed procedures for the sale of individual
parcels of a class of City of John Day (“City”) owned real proper-
ties, or any interest therein, under a single program established
within City for the sale of that class of properties. In accordance
with ORS 221.727, City residents will have the opportunity to pres-
ent written or oral testimony at the public hearing.
