NOTICE
City of Seneca is completing its Wastewater System Improvement
project funded with Community Development Block Grant funds
from the Oregon Business Development Department. The location
of the project is primarily off Airport Road. It is estimated that the
project has benefited at least 207 persons of whom 56.6% are low
or moderate income.
A public hearing will be held by the City Council at 6pm on July 14,
2020 at Seneca City Hall.
The purpose of the hearing is for the City Council to obtain citizens
views about the project and to take comments about the local gov-
ernment’s performance. Written comments are also welcome and
must be received at City Hall by July 13th, 2020. Both oral and
emailed comments (email: admin@senecaoregon.com) will be re-
viewed by the City Council.
The location of the hearing is accessible to the disabled. Please
let Amanda Born at 541-542-2161 know if you need any special
accommodations to attend or participate in the hearing.
More information about the Oregon Community Development
Block Grant program and the project is available for public review
at 106 A Avenue, Seneca, Oregon during regular office hours. Ad-
