PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, that the two (2) year period for
the redemption of real properties included in the 2017 delinquent
tax lien foreclosure proceedings instituted by Grant County, Oregon
on the 20th day of December, 2017 in the Circuit Court of the State
of Oregon for Grant County, Case #17CV45754, and included in the
Judgment and Money Award entered therein on the 20th day of De-
cember, 2017 will expire on the 23rd day of December, 2019.
All properties ordered sold under the Judgment and Money Award,
unless redeemed on or before the 20th day of December, 2019, will
be deeded to Grant County, Oregon immediately on expiration of
said period of redemptions, and every right and interest of any per-
son in such properties will be forfeited to Grant County, Oregon.
