Mission Statement
Painted Sky Center for the Arts’ mission is to advance
arts education and entertainment, enhacing the quality
of life, and promoting cultural development in the
community. Th rough its programs, the Arts Center
will be a dynamic organization that empowers and
transforms individuals through created education and
experience.
Giving Opportunities
• Memberships: We have several levels of memberships
available, including a Founding Membership
opportunity. Memberships start at $25 per year.
• Donations: We gladly accept new art supplies, new
or gently used musical instruments, offi ce supplies, or
miscellaneous upkeep items (paper towels, cleaning
supplies or toilet paper). Th ese items can be dropped
off on our back porch at 118 S. Washington St., Canyon
City, or email paintedskycenter@gmail.com to arrange
drop off . Cash donations can be made in person at the
offi ce (call 541-620-3788 to arrange meeting), on our
website, paintedskycenter.com, or mailed to PO Box
21, Canyon City, OR 97820.
• Volunteering: We love our volunteers! How would
you like to help? We’d love to have you join us!
• Teaching: Seeking teachers for all classes, all levels.
Paid teaching positions are available.
