Mid-County Cemetery Mainte-
nance District is looking for a
Part-Time Clerk. Duties: Attend
monthly board meetings and
prepare minutes, maintain
financial records and gener-
ate reports, prepare accounts
payable and write checks as
approved by the board, prepare
a budget and attend budget
meetings, maintain a data-
base of cemetery lot sales and
ownership (in Excel), prepare
and record deeds with the
County Clerk for the sale of lots,
work well with Sextons, County
Treasurer, Board Members
and public, and other duties as
assigned.
Minimum job requirements:
Working knowledge of
Quickbooks, Word and Excel.
Experience with payroll, gen-
erating financial statements,
and preparing a budget. Ability
to work well with others, be
compassionate and maintain
confidentiality.
