cide applications that it is your responsibility to initiate a “NO SPRAY”

GRANT COUNTY EDUCATION SERVICE DISTRICT
Sealed Bid Invitation
Grant County ESD is soliciting sealed bids for a 2011 Ford Fusion
AWD (VIN #3FAHP0CGXBR144879). The vehicle is available for
inspection by appointment at the Grant County ESD, 835 S. Canyon
Blvd, John Day, OR 97845. Minimum bid $5,000.00. Sealed bids
will be accepted until 4:00 PM on March 8, 2019 at the Grant Coun-
ty ESD office at which time they will be publicly opened and read
aloud by the Superintendent. Post marks will not be considered as
meeting deadline. The bid will be awarded to the highest responsive
and responsible bidder. The winning bidder will have until 4:00 PM
on March 15, 2019 to provide payment to the ESD and to remove
surplus property. Payment for the vehicle must be in the form of a
cashier’s check, money order, bank certified check or cash.
Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, addressed to the Grant
County ESD, 835A S. Canyon Blvd., John Day, OR 97845, marked:
“Sealed Bid 2011 Ford Fusion”. Name, address, and telephone num-
ber of bidder must also be listed on the outside of the envelope.
