INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that Prairie City School will receive sealed
Bids for the CTE Ag FacilityImprovement Project.
Sealed Bids will be received by mail addressed to STRUX Engineer-
ing LLC, PO Box 324,Prairie City, OR 97869, emailed to levi@strux-
engineering.com, or in person to the Owner’s Representative until
5:00 PM local time on Friday, January 4th, 2018. Bids shall be
clearly marked “CTE Ag Facility Improvement Project.”
The work shall consist of the construction of a 72 foot by 56 foot
wood framed Ag Facility including all associated electrical, plumb-
ing, site preparation and cleanup as referred to in the construction
plans and specifications.
Progress for this work shall begin no later than August 1st, 2019 and
be completed within 90 days of the start date. Substantial Comple-
tion of the project shall occur no later than
September 15th, 2019.
