The court then granted a motion for a judgment of acquittal to a misdemeanor charge of pos- session of methamphetamine. Daniel J. Coiner, 37, Sweet Home, pleaded guilty Oct. 16 to felony driving under the influence of intoxicants com- mitted on June 24. He was sentenced to 25 months pris- on, 24 months probation and a $2,500 fine. His license was revoked for life. Charges of driving while suspended or revoked and reckless driving were dismissed.
