tions, a 501(c)(3) organization, is
recruiting for a Qualified Mental
Health Professional at Juniper
Ridge Acute Care Center in John
Day, Oregon. JRACC is a 9 bed
acute care treatment facility
working with mentally ill adults
who are in an acute phase of
their illness. Qualified applicants
are responsible for conducting
comprehensive assessments,
developing treatment plans and
providing quality individual,
group and family counseling ser-
vices. Other responsibilities could
include the day to day oversight
of assigned clinical personnel de-
pending on experience and qual-
ifications. This individual will be
required to participate in an on
call rotation in the facility. Expe-
rience working with the mentally
ill in a treatment facility setting
is preferred. Qualified applicants
must have a Master’s Degree in
psychology, sociology, or other
human services related field. The
salary range for this position is
$42,300 to $61,800, DOE. and has
excellent benefits. Wage will be
higher for candidates possessing
a LPC, LCSW, or PhD. Applicants

Attorney’s Office. Knowledge
of the principles, methods, and
practices of legal research and
writing. Knowledge of judicial
procedure and rules of evi-
dence. Ability to plan, prepare,
present, and conduct case
strategies for assigned cases.
Ability to interpret and explain
case law, statutes, ordinanc-
es, and procedures. Ability to
manage heavy caseloads and
maintain appropriate records,
logs, and case files. Ability to
develop and maintain effective
working relationships with other
staff, public officials, the gener-
al public, and representatives
of other agencies. Ability to
communicate effectively, both
orally and in writing.
Screening Requirements:
Applicant must have a J.D. from
an accredited law school, be a
member in good standing of the
Oregon State Bar, and possess
a valid Oregon Driver’s License.
A criminal background check
will be completed as a require-
ment of employment.
Hours & Days: 40 hours per
week – Monday through Fri-
day
Salary/Benefits: $54,960 to
$58,152 annually (DOE) with
county benefits
