John Day, OR 97845 as grantor to Fidelity National Title Ins Co, as
Trustee, in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as named Beneficiary,
dated May 8, 2014, recorded May 9, 2014, in the mortgage records
of Grant County, Oregon, as Instrument No. 20140919B; Wells Fargo
Bank, N.A. is the present Beneficiary as defined by ORS 86.705(2),
as covering the following described real property: as covering the
following described real property: The Northerly half of Lot 55 and
the Southerly half of Lot 56 of Brent’s Addition to the City of John
Day, Grant County, Oregon, as shown by the plat thereof on file and
of record in the office of the county clerk of said county and state re-
