NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Seneca,
Grant, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July
1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, will be held at Seneca City Hall, 106 A. Ave-
nue, Seneca, OR 97873. The meeting will take place on April 17th at
6 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message
and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a
public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take
place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the pro-
posed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget
document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 1st, 2018
at Seneca City Hall between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE
MALHEUR NATIONAL FOREST
The Hop DxD Reoffer Sale is located within T17S R29E Sec
15,22,23,27,33,34,35,36; T18S R29E Sec 2,3,4,5,8,9. The Forest
Service will receive sealed bids in public at Malheur National For-
est, Supervisor’s Office at 10:00 AM local time on 04/25/2018 for an
estimated volume of 431 CCF of Douglas-fir and Other Coniferous
Species sawtimber, 310 CCF of Lodgepole Pine sawtimber, 2422
CCF of Ponderosa Pine sawtimber, and 1313 CCF of White Fir saw-
timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there
is within the sale area an estimated volume of 30 CCF of Douglas-fir
and Other Coniferous Species non-saw, 40 CCF of Lodgepole Pine
non-saw, 212 CCF of Ponderosa Pine non-saw, 100 CCF of White Fir
non-saw, and 818 CCF of Ponderosa Pine grn bio cv that the bid-
der agrees to remove at a fixed rate. The Forest Service reserves
the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a
prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and
complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale,
