positions in Okanogan County
located in the State of Wash-
ington. Anticipated period of
employment is from 01/20/2018
to 10/31/2018. Qualified workers
must have 3 months experience
with tree fruit and expect to per-
form tree fruit based agricultural
work harvesting, pruning, thin-
ning and tree training, apples,
cherries and pear trees. Work-
ers will also work in nursery
environment performing various
duties such as planting, potting,
watering and filling up flats. A
guaranteed wage of $13.38-
$15.00 per hour. Piece rate for
apples is $17.92-$28.50 varying
bin sizes, piece rate for pears is
$19.18-22.44 varying bin sizes,
piece rate for cherries is $6.00
per 20lb lug. Specific wage
information for the employer
can be obtained from your
local State Workforce Agency.
Anticipate a 40hour work week,
¾ of the hours’ guarantee. Free
housing available for workers
including U.S. workers who can-
not reasonably return to their
permanent residence at the end
of each work day. Tools, sup-
plies & equipment will be pro-
vided at no cost to the worker.
Transportation and substance
expense to the worksite will
be provided or paid for by the
employer upon 50% completion
