A third criminal case with sex crime charges will be dismissed when the other two cases are sen- tenced, according to Sullivan’s Dec. 14 minute order from the settlement conference. In November 2009, Rapp was charged with men- acing, criminal mischief, second-degree assault and disorderly conduct follow- ing an incident involving a high-speed chase near Dixie Summit.
