The Grant County Snowballers club was formed in the late
‘60s primarily as a “racing” club. In fact, one of the original
members, John Saunders, from Seneca, and now in his
nineties participated in a race a year ago! We are a Grant
County based club representing about 70 families in the
area. We can be reached through our website,
grantcountysnowballers.com, or at PO Box 337, John Day,
Or., 97845.

The SNOWBALLERS will be
hosting the OSSA convention
on January 10th-13th 2018
This year our president is Tim R. Holly, the vice president is
Garrett Carniglia and Jina Carniglia is our Secretary-
Treasurer. Greg Haberly is our grooming chairman. Our
director at large for our district of the Oregon Snowmobile
Association is Dave Hannibal.
Our club has two grooming machines and we have more
miles of groomed trails here in the county than any other
county in the country! We have a great team of volunteer
drivers that keep the trails open and safe for all the folks that
like to experience our beautiful country during snow season.
Our primary mission is to provide training for new
snowmobilers in the safe operation of their sleds, have fun
activities for the group and provide a place to ride.
