tinguish lapsed mineral right interests which were established more
than 30 years ago on property which is now part of the GSG Ranch
located on the John Day River in Grant County, Oregon, and cur-
rently owned by Derrick and Diane Greenwood. This notice is giv-
en by Derrick and Diane Greenwood, PO Box 306, Prairie City, OR
97869-0306, and shall appear in three consecutive issues of the
Blue Mountain Eagle with the first date of publication being Novem-
ber 15, 2017, and the date of final publication being November 29,
2017. In that an undivided interest in mineral rights was reserved by
the grantor Eastern Oregon Land Company, a California corporation,
in that certain deed recorded December 23, 1920, in Grant County
Deed Book 34, page 32 affecting section 23 (all) in Township 13
South, Range 34 East Willamette Meridian, Grant County, Oregon.
A search of public records revealed that this mineral interest is now
held by EOM, Limited, with a registered agent of Philip A. Smith,
2167 SW Market St. Dr., Portland, OR 97201. Notice has been sent
to this address as required by ORS 517.180(4). A good faith effort
did not identify another current holders of this mineral interest; the
whereabouts of any other current holders of the mineral interest is

co-trustees of the Mildred Deardorff Trust, may currently hold an in-
terest in these mineral rights; notice has been sent to these address-
es as required by ORS 517.180(4). A search of records also revealed
that Laurie Hueckman of 63904 Hwy 26, John Day, OR 97845, and/
or Joanne Fletcher of 2550 Clark St., Baker City, OR 97814 may
currently hold an interest in these mineral rights as relatives of the
Deardorffs; notice has been sent to these addresses as required
by ORS 517.180(4). A good faith effort to determine the location or
status of other potential current interest holders was unsuccessful;
