6 county area. Qualified candi-
dates must have a Bachelor’s
degree in human, social behav-
ioral or criminal science and two
years of experience in human
services, law enforcement or
investigative experience, or an
Associate’s degree in human,
social behavioral or criminal
science and four years of expe-
rience in human services, law
enforcement or investigative ex-
perience. This individual will in-
vestigate allegations of injuries,
abuse, and neglect, and will be
responsible to ensure protective
services, provide comprehen-
sive reports of findings and de-
cisions of whether abuse exists,
and develop required actions
to prevent further abuse. This
position will gather and review
documentation to determine
if individuals are eligible for
the Developmental Disabilities
Program by utilizing guidelines
provided by OAR’s and the Se-
niors and People with Disabili-
ties Services Division. Qualified
candidates must have excellent
writing and computer skills and
be able to assist the Program
Manager in meeting the needs

City, Oregon, has an opening
for District Superintendent.
This position is based in the La
Grande District Office and
supervises operations employees.
High school diploma or equivalent
plus ten years of increasingly
responsible experience in electric utility
construction and maintenance; demonstrated knowledge of
electric line crew operations, electrical principles and safety
codes and the ability to supervise others and work effectively
with associates and members is required. Valid Oregon
driver’s license (Class A Commercial Driver’s License, CDL
preferred). Must be able to take appropriate action on one’s
own initiative. Strong management skills in areas of
communication, motivation, delegation, evaluation as well as
employee development and strategy planning. Responsible
for all construction, maintenance and operations in the La
Grande district service area including safety, fleet
maintenance and assistance in budgeting. This position
requires that the employee has no restrictions on hours of
