2017 FORECLOSURE LIST ISSUED BY GRANT COUNTY
The Tax Collector of Grant County, Oregon, has prepared
the following list of all properties now subject to foreclosure.
This foreclosure list contains the names of those appearing
in the latest tax rolls as the respective owners of tax
delinquent properties, a description of each such property
as the same appears in the latest tax rolls, the year or years
for which taxes, special assessments, fees or other charges
are delinquent on each property, together with the principal
of the delinquent amount of each year and the amount of
accrued and accruing interest thereon through October 15,
2017.
Please take note that a complete and accurate legal
description of the properties designated by the tax lot
numbers on the previous page is made a part of the
application as “Exhibit A” for judgment and money award
filed in the Grant County Circuit Court. Note also, that more
particular descriptions are available at the office of Grant
County Assessor.
TO ALL PERSONS OR PARTIES ABOVE NAMED, and to all
persons owning or claiming to own, or having or claiming
to have, any legal interest in any property included in the
foreclosure list above set forth, being the Grant County 2017
foreclosure list:
YOU ARE HEREBY REQUIRED TO TAKE NOTICE that Grant
County has filed in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon
for Grant County, an application for foreclosure the lien of all
taxes shown on the 2017 Grant County tax foreclosure list
above set forth, and that Grant County, as plaintiff, will apply
to the court for judgment and money award foreclosing such
tax liens not less than thirty (30} days from the date of the
publication of this notice.
Any and all persons with a legal interest in any of the real
property included in the foreclosure list are required to file
answer and defense, if any there be, to such application for
judgment and money award within thirty (30} days from the
date of the. publication of this notice.
Notice of the foreclosure proceeding is given under ORS
312.040(1) by one (1) publication of the foreclosure list in
the Blue Mountain Eagle, a weekly newspaper of general
circulation in Grant County, Oregon. This notice is pursuant
to an order of the County Court for Grant County, made
and entered on the 31th day of July, 2017. The date of
publication of this foreclosure list is the 30th day of August,
2017.
