have slowly rebounded since then. April 2014, October 2015 and June 2016
each showed a marked increase in closed sales. While December brought
cooler activity to close out last year, 2016 was another active year for
residential sales in Grant County. Comparing 2016 to 2015, the average sales
price in the county has increased 22.9% from $144,400 to $177,400. In the
same comparison, the median sales price has increased 6.9% from $120,000 to
$128,300. Year-to-date average time on the market decreased from 305 days
