Audit of County Financial Statements
Grant County, Oregon invites proposals from qualified
providers to examine the financial statements of Grant
County, and Grant County Extension & 4H Service District,
for three fiscal years including July 1, 2016 through June
30, 2017; July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018; and July 1,
2018 through June 30, 2019. The examination shall be made
in accordance with the minimum standards for audits of
municipal corporations as prescribed by law including any
single audits.
Each qualified provider shall submit a separate written
proposal for Grant County and Grant County Extension &
4H Service District identifying the audit approach, special
services available, qualifications, fee computation, and total
costs. Costs are to comply with Government Accounting
Standards Board financial statements. Signed and sealed
proposals must be labeled “Grant County Financial
Statements Audit RFP” and “Grant County Extension &
4H Service District Financial Statements Audit RFP” and
received at the Grant County Court office at 201 S. Humbolt
St, Box 280, Canyon City, OR 97820, by 4 pm Friday,
February 10, 2017. Questions may be directed to County
Treasurer Julie Ellison at 541-575-1798. Grant County
