FLOOD ORDINANCE - On November 15, 2016, at 6:30 p.m.
the Dayville City Council will hold the initial public hearing
to address proposed revisions to the City of Dayville Flood
Ordinance; a second hearing will be held on November 17,
2016 at 6:30 p.m. Both public hearings will be held at the
Dayville City Hall, 3 Park Lane, Dayville, Oregon.
FLOOD PLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT – Carl and Diane
Dupree have requested a Flood Plain Development Permit
in order to construct a dwelling on their property, located
at 150 Old Highway Road in Dayville, Oregon. The Dayville
City Council will conduct a public hearing on November 17,
2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Dayville City Hall in Dayville, Oregon
before rendering a decision on this permit request.
Persons or parties interested or concerned with this subject
matter may appear in person before the Dayville City Council
during the above mentioned public hearings. Written com-
ments must be received at the Dayville City Hall, PO Box
321, 3 Park Lane, Dayville, Oregon by 12:00 p.m. on the day
of each hearing, to be included in the public hearing records.
Failure of an issue to be raised at the hearing or by written
comments, or failure to provide sufficient specificity to afford
the decision maker an opportunity to respond to the issue
precludes an appeal based on that issue.
Copies of all documents pertaining to the hearings above
are available for inspection at no cost at the Dayville City
Hall seven (7) days prior to said hearings. Inspections may
take place during regular office hours, Monday through

Request for Proposals
The Grant County Court is seeking proposals from qualified
consultants to assist the County in the review and update of
the existing Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) and
the expansion and maintenance of the Firewise Community
Program that will assist local communities and homeowners
in the fire prevention activities around homes in conjunction
with existing state and federal Firewise programs.
This project is being funded under the Secure Rural Schools
and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000, as reau-
thorized by PL 110-343, PL 112-114, and Section 524 PL
114-10. Commonly known as Title III.
