Program Overview: Our interdisciplinary team
provides medical, emotional and spiritual care and
support for patients and their families at the end of life.
Mission Statement: Recognizing death as a part of life
and striving to make each day worth living.
Vision: Blue Mountain Hospice will be the primary
choice for compassionate, caring, quality healthcare
at the end of life.
Giving Opportunities: Donations are accepted and
are used to pay for non-insured patients in need of
hospice care. We also utilize volunteers to provide
care for hospice patients; volunteers are a hugely
important aspect to providing quality care!
