This program requires us to screen all families in the target population for
Grant and Harney County. We do this by using the New Baby
Questionnaire (NBQ) to identify families that are at risk.
Two Active Parenting series (6 sessions per series) are offered each year.
These sessions give parents skills to achieve a fuller, more satisfying family
life… and help their children achieve greater happiness and success.
