Second Notice of Budget Committee Meeting
Grant County is inviting bids from professional service
providers to supply the Grant County Fair Grounds with
a public address system at 411 NW Bridge Street John
Day, OR 97845. This system needs to cover the Pavilion,
Rodeo Grounds, Heritage Barn and outside areas on the
fairgrounds with controls in the Fair Oice in the Pavilion.
Must include drawings that show the needs on the electri-
cal-pipe/wire for low voltage and live voltage systems and
communication wires & permits to meet all applicable code
requirements. A copy of the appropriate speciications and
Bid Form are available at the Grant County Fair Oice. All
bids are due in the Grant County oice (201 S Humbolt St.
Ste 280 Canyon City, OR 97820) before the bid opening that
is scheduled for 10:00 am on Wednesday July 6th with work
to be completed by October 3 2016. The recommendation
for the award will then be emailed to USDA RD for approval
