A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Grant
County, Grant, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for
the iscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, will be held at
County courtroom, Courthouse Canyon City. The meeting
will take place on March 1, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. The purpose
of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to
receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a
public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee
will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and
discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Commit-

consider the following conditional land use application under
section 6.070 Public Hearing Requirements on Conditional

Application
Southern Blues Bud LLC has made application to the City of
Long Creek to establish an agricultural business producing
licensed marijuana in commercial greenhouses and in out-
door beds at 755 West Main Street, Long Creek, OR 97856;
