    fair vendor policies
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Exhibitors and vendors agree to
comply with rules and regulations of
the Fair as stated in this annual
County Fair Guide.
• No drug-related items or tobacco
products/paraphernalia will be allowed
to be displayed or sold at the Grant
County Fair.
• Grant County Fair Management re-
serves the right to remove any ques-
tionable items from a vendor’s booth
should it be deemed inappropriate.
• The Fairboard retains sole discretion
as to booth placement, location, and
space.
• While every effort is made not to du-
plicate booths, participants will not be
given an exclusive right by the Fair to
sell, take orders, or demonstrate any
service or product.
• Drawings are permitted by non-
profit groups as long as they are in
compliance with all the Oregon State
Statues and have received approval
from the Fair. Drawings should only
be held within the confines of your
booth; no roving solicitation.
• All food concessionaires must be in
compliance with Oregon State Health
Department. The State Health
Inspector will make an on-site visit.
Exhibitors and vendors cannot sublet
their space without prior authorization
from Fair management.
• All booths, trailers, vans, etc., used
on the grounds by concessionaires
must be neatly constructed, clean, and
of a pleasing appearance.
• All activity on grounds is to be in ac-
cordance with State, County, and City
ordinances.
• Dogs/pets shall be kept within the
confines of Participant’s space and not
accessible by the public. No pets
shall be in a food booth. Dogs/pets
shall not run loose.
• Participant agrees to cause no
damage and will leave property in the
same condition as it was prior to the
event. Participant will make no alter-
ations, additions, improvements, or
changes to or upon said premises
without consent of the Fair Office.
Any and all approved installations and
removal of any alterations, additions,
improvements, or changes will be en-
tirely at the expense of the
Participants.
• Participants shall conduct themselves in
a quiet and orderly manner at all times.
• Violators will be given one warning.
Repeat or serious violations can sub-
ject vendor to immediate expulsion
from the fairgrounds.
• NO SMOKING in or around booth
area.
