NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Grant County Regional Airport has issued a Request
for Proposals (the “RFP”), for marketing services. Complete
RFP documents will be available for download online at the
following web address: www.gcra.org.

An optional Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 1:00pm

mitting a proposal are encouraged to attend. All Proposers

General Statement of Work:
The Airport seeks a professional, full-service marketing and
JVTT\UPJH[PVUZÄYT[VWYV]PKLJVTWYLOLUZP]LZ[YH[LNPJ
and innovative marketing and communications and market-
ing services on designated projects on an as-needed basis.
The Successful Proposer shall fully coordinate all services
under the Agreement with the GCRA Airport Commission
Chairman and the Airport Manager. Marketing initiatives
include:
1. Provide strategic marketing support for special projects
related to tourism, conventions, and Airport events. This will
include developing and providing a variety of promotional,
publicity and advertising plans and informational materials

2. Assist Airport Manager as assigned to provide approved
marketing services.
3. Provide recommendations and advice for GCRA Airport

before the bid opening at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, April 16,
2015. Grant County retains the right to refuse any and all
bids.
