tigates him making use of an inn-
brella. a chair or anything that
comes handy.
A few weeks ago Leo received a
wild lione«s with cubs and a wild
lion from Africa. His first per­
formance, dangerous as it wa«, was
so successful that be celebrated the
occasion bv getting drunk. He
didn’t, dare to go home He knew
Mrs. Leo too well. So he crept in­
to the cage, pillowed his head on
the wild lioness, threw one arm
around the wild lion and fell asleep.
In the morning he was awakened
bv a horrible nlow in the ribs He
started up and saw his wife jabbing
at him through the bars with an um­
brella.
“You coward!” she hissed.
